Getting Here
We are located on Fairport Nine Mile Point Road (Rt.250) in Penfield. Look for our sign or our two large silos — parking is available on site in our gravel lot. We have a separate entrance/exit for easy pull through with trailers. Our shop can get pretty busy from time to time so please park considerately for others to get through. Thank you!

Need to drop off your equipment outside of business hours? You're welcome to leave it at the shop — however, please be aware that any equipment left after hours remains the sole responsibility of the owner until Hidden Hollow has contacted you to confirm we have received it. We recommend calling or texting us at (585) 377-4442 to give us a heads-up so we can look out for your equipment first thing.
